We carefully source all other ingredients for quality and organic certification. Our ingredients are not held in warehouses for long periods of time.

Co-founder Nigel Sampson grew up in the hills of Adelaide, Australia. While still in high school, he worked part-time at his mother’s weight loss center called Aussie Health where in addition to exercise, the clients would receive herbal formulas to promote weight loss and well-being.

Nigel says, “I especially remember one of the products contained small particles of activated charcoal, wattle seed (Australian Acacia) and ginger. This concept of combining natural nutrients with powerful detoxifiers interested me so much I started experimenting with my own superfood formulas. I’d share them with my brothers, who’d invariably add ice-cream to make a delicious smoothie'‘.

After moving to the U.S, Nigel studied Pilates, exercise physiology, Gyrotonic, yoga, and nutritional science .

Nigel's philosophy is that nutritional health is initated at a cellular level by incorporating a balanced diet of macro & trace minerals, proteins, fatty acids, phytonutrients, antioxidants & specific herbs.

In 2004 he set out to design a superfood that accomplished this. Four years was spent formulating and sourcing ingredients that not only had a harmonic blend of natures finest ingredients, but were also in the correct ratio to compliment each other.

It was introduced to clients in 2008 and subsequently, another seven years were spent refining the formula. That formula, now called Groovy Green Goat Superfood, is our flagship green superfood for cellular health.
